The Philadelphia Falcons Soccer Club brings together adult players of all skill levels and orientations, with the goal of providing an environment where: fair play, fitness, friendship, and fun can all flourish. All-gender informal weekly pick-up games, organized seasonal league and tournament play, as well as social events are some of the ways our primarily LGBTQIA+ 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization has promoted good sportsmanship and a positive social outlet since our founding in 1989.

The Philadelphia Falcons Soccer Club leverages soccer to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere and bridge the spaces between people from diverse backgrounds. For the Falcons, soccer is meant to be enjoyed in the spirit of play – winning is a secondary goal. Under this ethos, the Philadelphia Falcons seek

• To provide a safe, secure, and positive environment for players to learn and play the game of soccer (see by-laws for more information)
• To offer quality soccer programs and resources for all levels of competition
• To foster an ethos of sportsmanship, cooperation, respect, and dedicated work ethic among all players involved with the Club
• To prioritize sustainable, long-term efforts rather than short-term success
• To make decisions based on what's in the best interest of Falcons members
• To communicate effectively and build meaningful relationships with all club constituents
