Our Fall League kicks off on Wednesdays from September 24th though November 19th at Palumbo Recreation Center (725 S 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147). Palumbo is a few blocks from the Broad Street Line, the PATCO, and the 23, 40, 45, 47, and 57 bus lines. Games will be between 7:30 - 9:30 pm with two 20-minute halves and a 3-5 minute halftime. Game format is 6v6 (no Goalies) all genders on grass with small goals (~4 x 3 ft). See the full rules here (same as Spring/Summer League). To promote community building, we encourage post-game socials with your teams at nearby bars and venues.

Registration: Register as a free agent or small group, and then you will be placed in a team based on skill levels and field positions. Small Groups of up to 3 players are allowed to register together. If more than 3 people attempt to register as a small group, we will only honor the request of the first three to register to the small group. A max of 8 teams will participate, so secure your spot as soon as possible. If you don't think you can commit to a full season, consider joining our Substitute Roster and we'll let you know when team's need additional support for a given week. You'll just pay $5 per night of play.

Shirts: Every player will receive a fall league shirt to wear during games. Shirts will be available during week 2 - pinnies will be used for the 1st week of play. 

MEMBERSHIP is required to be able to play in this league. A half-year membership costs $35 and can be purchased here. Email sportingactivities@phillyfalcons.org if you are unsure whether you've purchased a membership already. Prior to the start of the season, the Falcons Board will verify membership status and ask any non-members to purchase a membership.

Inclement Weather Policy: When a game is cancelled due to inclement weather or a facility conflict, teams will be notified via LeagueApps (email, LA message). The call will come ~2 hours before kickoff, whenever possible. In the event of lightning, games will be halted and may be delayed or postponed. Due to limited rain dates, the Falcons make every effort to play unless there is severe weather and the field conditions are unacceptable. Ultimately, member safety is our top priority.

Scholarships are also available to cover the cost of membership dues and/or tournament fees for those in need. Email treasurer@phillyfalcons.org for more info on our scholarship program.

Refunds: To receive a full refund for the season, players must submit a request to treasurer@phillyfalcons.org with sportingactivities@phillyfalcons.org copied before the second week of play (Wednesday, October 1st). After this date, players can either credit their fee toward a future season OR forfeit their fee as a donation to the Falcons.
