2025 Board Members

Gabrielle Stacy "Gabby" (she/they)

President

Many may know me, I've been a Falcon since 2012, but for those of you who don't- I'm a dedicated soccer player with 31 years of experience, having played in high school, D3 college soccer, and with the Falcons since summer league of 2012. My vision for the Falcons in 2025 includes: celebrating our diversity, expanding our social connections, providing access to soccer opportunities, and creating a unique 'Falcons Experience' that fosters community and shared passions, all while having the most fun possible. I plan on strengthening our community ties with other local organizations, along with the businesses to expand our sponsorship opportunities. I also want to create more club participation in national tournaments, as well as new activities to the club such as team practice options, organized fitness & skills clinics and monthly socials around the city.

When I'm not on the pitch I'm spending quality time with my girlfriend Liza and our four pets Dakota, BG, Leroy and Baloo (self claimed Falcons Mascot).

My wife and I moved to Philly from the UK at the start of 2024, and I am forever grateful that one of the first things I did was find the Falcons! As an avid supporter of Women's football and a passionate advocate for inclusivity in sports, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to an organization that empowers individuals to be their authentic selves both on and off the field! Hit me up if you want me to talk you ear off about the Women's Super League (English football league), making sourdough, your dog, or sci fi films...

I became a Falcon in Summer 2024 after graduating from Temple University! The club has lead me to many new friends and has allowed me to keep playing soccer! In my free time I enjoy trying new hobbies and traveling.

Eli Rider (any)

Treasurer

I became a Falcon in Fall 2024 after I joined the newest Tri-County WENBY D3 Team. I’ve played in rec leagues since moving to Philadelphia in 2021, but joining the Falcons has made all the difference in my enjoyment of the sport. To me, Falcons stand for friendship, fair play, and football for all.

I’m eager to join the board as Treasurer and ensure that the club continues to grow and nurture this special community.

Netanya DeRouchie "Nettie" (they/them)

Marketing Director

A passionate advocate for soccer, a proud Philadelphian, and a committed supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, I am thrilled to be able to contribute my energy to the Philadelphia Falcons Soccer Club. I became a member of the club in 2023 and love what it offers to this city and queer community. In my short time with the Falcons, I have had the privilege of playing in internal leagues, help facilitate pickup, play in and plan various tournaments, and co-captain a new Falcons X Tri-County women/nonbinary team.

Soccer has been a lifelong passion, and I’ve been fortunate to witness the sport's powerful ability to bring people together—regardless of background, identity, or ability. As a trans/nonbinary member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m particularly dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where every player feels safe, valued, and empowered. I am excited to work with the rest of this incredibly tenacious and hardworking team to grow inclusive soccer in Philadelphia.

Communications Director

I've been a Falcons member late summer in 2024, and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! It's giving me a loving and welcoming environment that makes me feel comfortable to enjoy the sport I most love. I'm obsessed with building this community as one of inclusion, tolerance, and unwavering love for all members in any way I can! Outside of the Falcons, you'll most likely find me watching the Women's Super League and Juventus, playing Pokemon and EA FC, or playing more soccer!

Mark Goldy-Brown "MGB" (he/him)

Sporting Activities Officer

sportingactivities@phillyfalcons.org

I’ve been playing soccer for nearly 28 years and have been part of the Falcons community for the past 3.5 years, competing on CASA teams and for various travel tournaments. Most recently, I served on the organizing committee for the Falcons' 2024 Liberty Bell Classic, which was a huge success.

This is my first term on the Falcons board, but I bring extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and management. As Sporting Activities Officer, my goal is to expand inclusive and competitive soccer opportunities for Philadelphia’s LGBTQIA+ community through pickup games, seasonal leagues, and skill clinics. I also hope to strengthen our connections with sibling organizations across the country—whether through collaboration, networking, or a bit of a friendly rivalry!

Have ideas for improving our soccer programs? I’d love to hear them! Feel free to reach out.

Arizona Milotich "AZ" (she/her)

Fundraising and Sponsorship Liaison

I’ve been playing soccer for most of my life. I truly love the sport, the strategy, and good footwork. I grew up in the Philly suburbs playing for Lenape Valley and CB West, then went to college in the Bay Area. I moved back to Philly in 2021 and started playing with the Falcons in Summer 2022.

I really enjoy our team, the people we have in it, and what our team stands for in our community. In 2025 I aim to expand our programs and opportunities to play, as well as to welcome in new team members.
